Adem, teduh, Bersih, Tidak berisik meskipun di tengah kota Bandung Lokasi bukan satu kamar tetapi 1 unit terdiri dari 2 kamar tidur utk @2 orang, 1kmr mandi, ruang keluarga, ruang makan out door, AC, TV, Kulkas, Micro Wave, Dispenser, Wifi, Rice Cooker, Welcome Drink/ Mineral Water jika mau berenam ada tambahan 2 extra bed. Utk diketahui, pintu kami tidak tbuka 24 jam tp tutup di jam 22.15, sbb sekarang tidak ada satpam, cm pegawai yg biasa bersih2
