We are an eclectic glamping option for travelers to save money and Idaho residents who need a mini staycation. We have 11 rentals. You can meet our 3 goats, pet bunnies, feed chickens, quail, a horse, or a donkey. You can read a book. We have room for an ATV trailer. Placerville is 19 miles away, Idaho City is 28 mis.

Our home is in a quiet neighborhood located in the heart of Star. Relax in the backyard patio, your private deck, or have a fire in the fire pit. We live in the main house, completely separated from the studio suite. We respect your personal space to enjoy your stay but will always be available via text/phone to answer your questions.

Our cozy furnished yurt is nestled in 43 acres of secluded mountains a mile above the S Fork of the Payette River between Banks and Crouch. It offers off the grid camping with electricity, mini-split, wood burning stove, sink, propane cook stove, grill and WiFi if desired. It's close to most every outdoor activity you would find in the mountains of Idaho. Note: Our yurt may not suitable for everyone. There's no running water but we provide 10 gallons and there is a clean porta-potty.
