Attractive and well equipped outhouse recently built as part of a self build project. Bright aspect with double glazed floor to ceiling windows and well insulated. Set within large garden and adjacent to owners house. Located within countryside and only 2.5 miles from the historic town of Linlithgow. with railway links to Edinburgh, Glasgow and Stirling. Ideally placed within the central belt to visit many of its attractions and 11 miles from Edinburgh airport. A continental breakfast included.

Great relaxing hideaway in a quirky canalside area

The decoration throughout the apartment is light and modern with an airy feel. The apartment is located in a quiet cul de sac which is on the canal bank providing lovely walks down to the Kelpies and Helix park. You can fish from the canal banks or simply relax and watch the barges pootle along. A great Italian is also on the canal bank just 5 minutes away.
