On the edge of our family homestead overlooking meadow & forest, this tiny house offers a quiet, cozy refuge only 40 minutes from Acadia National Park. There's a twin day bed on the ground floor & a double futon in the loft. Tiny kitchen & bathroom with shower (2 temps: hot or cold) too. A heat pump keeps the place toasty warm or nice and cool. Our family's gazebo, grill, fire pit, hammock, trails & garden are shared with guests. A beautiful beach across the bay from Acadia is down the road.

Little Manahan Two

Little Manahan Two is a SECOND-FLOOR, two-queen bedroom, one bath apartment with a private entrance on a quiet street. Designated workspace, a five-minute walk to hospital, churches, shops, restaurants and YMCA, two-car off-street parking spaces with room to keep bicycles and EV charging. Key access is with a lockbox located next to the front door. Access to the Acadia National Park Loop Rd is nearby. I have a no pet policy. There is a 9% Maine sales tax added through Airbnb.

Room with a Brew

Welcome to our new building. "A Room With a Brew" is located above Belfast's newest craft brewery, Frosty Bottom Brewing. A small community supported brewery open 2 days/week for 3-4 hours for beer share members. Guests can request a tour of the brewery and sample some fresh beer. Owners live in downtown Belfast and are available should any issues arise during your stay. The apartment/brewery is located 3 miles from downtown on a quiet road that offers local hiking and biking.

SILVER MOON, a Yurt for All Seasons

Silver Moon at The Appleton Retreat is quite private, check out the Trail Map. This contemporary yurt features a private therapeutic hot tub on the wrap around deck, a fire pit, and fast wifi. Silver Moon is located in a wooded area close to a bog that attracts a variety of wildlife. The Appleton Retreat encompasses 120 acres hosting six unique retreats. To the south is the Pettengill Stream, a resource protected area. To the north is the Nature Conservancy's 1300 acre reserve.

Lillebo

Lillebo is set near the end of a dead end road with a five minute walk yielding views over Frenchman's bay with Sorrento in the near view and Winter Harbor and Bar Harbor in the long view. This homey house is set about 200 feet from the road with no neighbors in direct view. There’s a screen porch on one end of the house and a garage on the other. In the garage there is a ping pong table, corn hole, darts and bikes. There are three adult bikes, one youth bike and one kids bike.
