The long history dates back to the 10th century and nearly one hundred ancient stone houses set above a picturesque valley. The tradition of trickling high quality wine is maintained even today, so we also offer domestic wine to buy. You'd like an interior of the house, garden, views, coziness, peace. Parking is in front of the house and it's free.

In peaceful place Utjeha, between Bar and Ulcinj, one hour driving distance from Podgorica and Tivat Airport, it has a fantastic garden where you can enjoy the spectacular sunsets. On our property there is a waterfall, which has become the main attraction of our city. From its terrace you can enjoy the most beautiful sunsets, surrounded by olive and oak trees. Complete peace and quiet will make you feel relaxed. We are located between Bar and Ulcinj. Our house is located right next to the main road, but it's not noisy which is very important.
