Our Resort is divided into 6 beautiful Villas, with a pool, entertainment area and free parking for guests. Villa Sofia was built in an ambient, rustic style; "Paštrovski style", located 2.5 km from Petrovac in a quiet part of Kruševica, 1250 m as the crow flies to the sea, at an altitude of 300 m. The villa is located on a plot of 588m2, paved with rustic stone, with a separate access to garages for 5 vehicles. Guests have at their disposal a 3 living rooms with a kitchens and a dining room with exit to the 2nd terrace, 6 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and a guest toilet, a 32m2 swimming pool.

To the beach is about 600 m on foot (10 min). On return from the beach takes about 15 min due to the location of the house on the hill.

In peaceful place Utjeha, between Bar and Ulcinj, complex has a fantastic garden whith a path, that goes down to the private and public beach where you can use kayak and SUP board free of charge. Both houses are fully equipped for perfect family stay and relaxation.

The whole house is an five-room apartment with a beautiful garden around it, outdoor swimming pool, outdoor kitchen and barbecue, basketball court etc. The house is an exceptional interior with a huge living room, original paintings, fireplace, upright piano, unique dining room, a large, bright, well-equipped kitchen. There are two bathrooms, both with shower. The house is well air-conditioned. Capacity is maximum 11 persons.
