The house is surrounded by a 500 m2 garden, for semi-exclusive use, very green and fresh, full of trees, including the typical Procida lemons, and scented flowers. A small path leads to private access to a large tuff cliff. A few minutes away, the village of Chiaiolella, with the tourist port, shops, bars, pharmacy, restaurants and a sandy beach. The bus stops twenty meters from the house.

A Sant’Angelo d’Ischia, vicino al mare e al centro ma nella quiete della parte alta del paese, raggiungibile a piedi ma anche comodamente con il taxi elettrico. Ambiente unico per il soggiorno di 2 persone, dotato di cucina, letto matrimoniale, bagno con doccia, sala da pranzo balcone terrazza, aria condizionata, tutto confortevole ma tutto in pochi metri quadri.
