Smoking Policy • BLAU is a non-smoking residence. • Smoking is strictly prohibited throughout the property, including private terraces, common terraces and the rooftop area. • A €200 penalty applies for violations. Cleaning & Linen Service • 1–4 nights → Cleaning at check-out only. • 5–7 nights → One cleaning service after the 3rd night. • 8–10 nights → One cleaning service after the 5th night. • 11–30 nights → Weekly cleaning service starting after the 7th night. • Bed linen and towel replacement follow the same schedule as cleaning services. • Extra towel: €5 • Full towel set (large towel + small towel + bath mat): €8 • Extra towels can be requested and paid for at reception.
