Escape to Germantown, explore the farm’s 200-acres and visit the horses. they love carrots and visitors! Bright and airy open floor plan loft in Germantown, NY. Once an apple storage barn, this recently remodeled loft features two bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom, beautiful original pine floors, gas fireplace, central air, cook’s kitchen, and a large outdoor deck overlooking open fields and a pond. We are dog friendly up to 2 dogs. There is a $50.00 fee per dog. NO CATS.

The Stone Cottage: Close to HITS & Weekend Fun

In the 1700s Queen Anne of the Netherlands gifted a parcel of land to her Dutch subjects, the Schoonemakers. The family built a stone cottage, from which they cultivated acres of orchards in the Hudson Valley. Today, you can stay in this 275-year old stone cottage and enjoy its modern kitchen, European bath, wide-plank pine floors and sun lit bedrooms. Half a mile away, you'll find Falling Waters preserve with hiking trails through the woods and down to the Hudson River.

Bright and stylish space with clean aesthetic, direct water access with lovely views across the Esopus to a protected preserve - ideal for dinners on the deck in Summer or Fall. Or cozy up by the fireplace in Winter after skiing at Hunter, and binge on movies on the large TV.

Our home is located on an unpaved, private road in a quiet area and features an in-ground, heated, saltwater pool open between Memorial Day and Late September. In 2026, the pool will be available for bookings 5/22 - 9/18. A quiet and private getaway in the Hudson Valley and convenient to many popular activities. NOTE: For bookings during pool season, guests will be asked to review and agree to the safety rules relating to the pool.

Tivoli Star Gazing Cabin

Down a long driveway, set amongst 100 year old trees and meadows, the cabin offers time in the quiet country though only minutes to the lively village of Tivoli. With a wrap around porch for morning coffee, fire fly viewing or star gazing. It has a soaking tub, with a hand held shower. The cabin is part of our family compound of a main house and a small garden hut. Each property has an independent outdoor space for relaxing and privacy.
