Enjoy this rustic, yet cozy, two-story barnhouse located near bourbon country. Perfect for a couple's getaway, it has open lofts with a comfy king-sized bed, a kitchen stocked with all the essentials, laundry room, wood burning stove & two bathrooms: one with a walk-in shower & one with a soaker tub. This listing's interior is ready, however the exterior is still a work in progress as we continue to create comfortable outdoor spaces. Must see all pictures to appreciate what this place offers.

Historic Cabin by Bourbon Trail

Historic, unique, tasteful and serene - the Edward Tyler house, ca. 1783, is a stone cabin 20 minutes SE of Louisville on 13 acre estate. Near the famous bourbon trail, rental includes full cabin and large screen porch overlooking pond with fountain. First floor has living/dining/kitchen space with small sofa bed and stone fireplace (gas); queen bed and full bath on second floor. American and European antique furnishings and fine art welcome you to fully updated home with central HVAC.

Bardstown Coppersmith Cottage

The cottage was built in 1790 and is situated in the heart of bourbon country. It has been updated to preserve the history of the building, while providing the comforts of a modern dwelling. Due to its proximity to the center of beautiful downtown Bardstown, it is within walking distance of restaurants, shopping, and historic sites, while still serving as a cozy oasis. Inside, guests will be surrounded by the comforts of a southern cottage, while still having access to the private garden.

The location is also central to the distilleries: 15mi to Maker's Mark, 35mi to Jim Beam, 50mi to Woodford Reserve, Lexington, and Louisville
