Beautiful lakeside villa with private jetty, jacuzzi and a spacious wooden deck that offers sun from morning to late evening. Besides the secluded jacuzzi the deck offers a large bbq great for outside dinners. The house is close to a public beach with a waterslide and bar/ restaurant. The house is located in a quiet green area close to the royal castle and nature reserve, reachable by underground (23 min. to Fridhemsplan) or by car (13 min. from Kungsholmen). This accommodation is newly renovated, located on the ground floor in our house, with access from our garden. The apartment is suitable for three adults or two adults and two kids (160 cm bed and two children (110 cm sofa bed). The local commuter trains station is a 5-10 min walk away. Very close to playgrounds, grocery, shopping, restaurants, gym and nature reserves.
