This Texas Hill Country farm offers, dark skies, natural rivers and a state of mind that is only found here. On 60 acres, lots of dirt roads, and a rough rocky dry creek to explore. hummingbirds, jack rabbits, deer to keep you amused. Several clear cool swimming holes on the Nueces River just minutes away. Hot tub. Burn ban on most of time(drought) ,please ask No smoking in cabin!

Stay at one of our 6 cabins, tiny house, or 3 bedroom guesthouse. Private River Access, almost 8 acres of wildlife, starry skies, and getting away from it all. Spend the day on the pristine Upper Nueces River, shopping locally in Camp Wood and Leakey, or use us as your base camp for adventure to close by Garner State Park, Lost Maples State Park, Nueces and Frio Rivers, or Devil's Sinkhole in Rocksprings. Get away from the hustle and relax by the fire, birdwatch, nap. The day is yours.

Getaway Cabin w/ access to Nueces River

A quiet family friendly getaway perfect to unwind, relax, bird watch and disconnect from everyday life. Wi-fi is not available. Sleeps up to six people. Bottom level has a full size bed, full bath, fully stocked kitchen,stove, full size refrigerator, coffee bar, screened in porch. One bathroom inside and half bath outside. Located 16 miles N. of Uvalde, bumpy entrance road is 1.2 miles N. of Chalk Bluff. Park. The cabin is 1/4 mile, walking distance to the clear, beautiful Nueces River.

Situated just north of Camp Wood, Texas, this historic home comfortably sleeps 12 , recently remodeled, and promises a serene retreat. A unique riverfront experience with access to the Nueces River. The heart of the house is its large deck - perfect for the stunning Texas sunsets or gathering around the firepit. We also provide kayaks for exploring, tree swings, and hammocks for ultimate relaxation.

PJ's Hideaway

This peaceful cabin is centrally located in the Texas Hill Country, close to Garner State Park, Lost Maples State Park and Hill Country State Natural Area. Drive through the Hill Country on the Twisted Sisters, enjoying the beautiful scenery and wildlife. Close by, you can enjoy floating or swimming in the Frio River and the Sabinal River at the Utopia Park. Utopia has a renowned golf course featured in the movie Seven Days in Utopia. Concan 20 miles away also has a golf course.

Four Sisters Ranch Cabin is a countryside stay nestled in the hill country near Utopia, Texas between Garner State Park and Lost Maples State Natural Area. You are invited to hike and explore over 500 acres of our 1000 acre century ranch and enjoy the great outdoors in privacy. The Frio and Sabinal Rivers are but a short distance away. This cabin makes for the perfect romantic getaway, or bring the kids to explore our ranch. You can unplug or use our wifi to log on!

Nomad Ranch is an idyllic 8 acres with over 300 feet of stunning secluded Nueces River frontage. Rio Escondido cottage is 640 sq. ft. and offers three bedrooms {one loft}, one bath, sleeps 7. Two queens, three singles. Nestled near the largest Oak on the property, Rio Escondido has a full kitchen, living room and a front porch overlooking the river. Just outside the cottage doors is Nomad's rustic open air barn, perfect for relaxing, playing games and dining.

Hill Country Charm River House

Newly renovated 3 bedroom, 3 Bath, Sleeps 10. Hill Country Charming River Home, sleeps 8 comfortably! This home is nestled on the Nueces River in the Texas Hill Country. The house is located on the edge of the historic town of Uvalde and roughly a 55 minute drive to Garner State Park. A great place to relax after a long day, on the crystal clear Nueces River that runs through the back yard. Private River bank access for guest from the back yard.

Secluded, dark skies, great views, big patio!

Charming 100+ yr old ranch house on private acreage with great views. Large patio & fenced back yard are great for kids/pets. Excellent star gazing. Wildlife feeders. We use this home ourselves and have young kids, so it is stocked better than most rentals and (relatively) kid friendly. Near Lost Maples Park (less than 10 min), Garner Park (30 min), Utopia (10 min), Leakey (20 min), Medina (20 min).

The Ranch Cabin @ Whiskey Mountain Great Location

My place is close to family-friendly activities, Garner state Park (3 miles), Lost Maples State Park, Three sisters bike roads, Frio River crossings, Leakey, Concan, Kerrville, Utiopia, and Uvalde. My place is good for couples, families (with kids), big groups, and furry friends (pets), Pets are an additional $15 per pet, per night. We will have to bill after you book, b/c there is no option on Airbnb.
