Situated just 20 minutes from Bright, this masterpiece of Australian landscape is cradled by mountains, Happy Valley Creek and 20 acres of delightful farmland. Take a verandah seat to watch the morning mist quietly rise. Observe the abundant wildlife who are happy to call Oro home, or be intoxicated by the afternoon ‘golden hour’. We are 5 minutes’ drive off the Hume Highway, and 20 minutes’ drive up the Hume to Wodonga/Albury. Malbec House is a beautiful old home only metres away from all the great cafes and restaurants Rutherglen has to offer. Enjoy our homely 2 Bedroom California bungalow with 1 Queen bed and 1 King bed that is suitable for a small group of friends or family coming to Rutherglen for a visit. Dogs are welcome but must stay outside in the backyard.
