We love making our place feel extra cozy for your perfect getaway and we can’t wait to host you! Our Cottage is a standalone guest house situated on our 4-acre property. Away from the main house, It offers ample privacy. The loft bedroom (not childproof) can be reached via an easy-to-climb staircase. The KING SIZE bed ensures a restful night and is perfect for a lazy morning. Features include a kitchenette, electric fireplace, BBQ, outdoor fire pit (with wood), covered patio, and a smart TV.

Welcome to "The Mainland Oasis" – your serene escape, just 10 minutes away from the shores of LBI! Your stay combines the calming coastal atmosphere and the lush greens of the adjacent golf course. We are the central hub to LBI and the Mainland where all stores are located as well as close to pickleball courts! Convenience is at your fingertips with a well equipped kitchen (we do not offer a stove/oven but have an electric burner)and a beautiful outdoor shower to fully-immerse yourself!

Mullica River Cottages - Scenic Riverfront Sweetwa

Mullica River Cottage's Bluebird Cottage is located in the heart of the NJ Pine Barrens in the quaint village of Sweetwater. This quaint and cozy cottage is steps from the Mullica River and 1 mile from Historic Batsto Village and the Sweetwater Riverdeck & Marina. This property offers direct backyard Mullica River access for swimming, fishing, kayaking, canoeing. There are kayaks and a canoe on site available for guest use. Property also has a riverside fire pit with Adirondack chairs.

The Lighthouse Studio LBI area

The Lighthouse - private lock and key room in my home on the third floor with private entrance. Private bath with rain shower. Living area, chair and couch, large closet, reading nook, dining table with 2 chairs. Kitchenette w fridge, toaster oven, coffee maker, pur water filter, dishes, glasses, silver, microwave, dish towels, cleaning supplies. Queen bed with brand new mattress ! Everything you need is here. Provided are clean sheets, pillows, blankets, shower towels, hand towels.

Balcony! Beach Block One Bedroom, All New!

You'll find a bright, comfortable, newly remodeled beach block apartment here... and lordy is it nice! There are some apartments that are close the beach and not so nice... not here! Awesome AC to keep you cool and chill minimalist vibes to relax in. A fully upgraded kitchen to whip up a tasty meal or reheat some amazing local food. Marble tile bathroom to get ready for the day.... You will *not* find a more beautiful apartment this close to the beach!

Stylish RV in backyard, surrounded by nature

Enjoy this modernized RV with all the comforts of home. RV is in the backyard of a private property with a vacant home (future remodel project) surrounded by beautiful conservation land. The property is gated and fenced in. Start a hike right out the back gate with trails for miles through the woods. There are other units available for rent on the property as well, so bring your friends along! Chickens and honey bees (safe distance) are on the property!

The Beach House

Welcome to our waterfront beach house! Just 2 mins to the open bay and 5 miles to LBI. Set in a quiet, family-friendly area, our home is known for its views, cleanliness, and comfort. Brand-new AC units throughout! Walk paths at the end of the block, 2 miles to the bay beach, and 1 mile to a plaza with bagels, pizza, a market, and holistic urgent care. Fire pit and a paddle boat included. Bring your boat, jetski, or kayak! Event-friendly—ask us.
