After a day at the beach, biking, hiking, create a gourmet meal in the well-equipped kitchen and serve on the shady deck. All this at the end of a round about abutting the bike trail. Completely Remodeled in 2017. Air Conditioning and Bike Tril. Summer Breeze offers a very open floor plan. Extremely clean and top of the line amenities such as cookware and appliances. Deck with high end Saber Induction Grill and seating for 6. The house is located at the end of a culdesac and adjacent to the bike trail and Cape Cod National Seashore. Open Living Room/Kitchen, two bedrooms (one with queen and one with 2 twins), full bath on first floor. second floor has master bedroom with king bed. Full walk out basement with laundry and area to store bikes/kayaks/beech equipment. Full access to house. Hosts are available by phone if needed. Set in the town of Eastham, the house is nestled in a grove of trees and directly adjacent to trailheads that lead into Cape Cod National Seashore. The Three Sisters Lighthouses, Coast Guard Beach, and Sunken Meadow are all a short drive away. Close to many bay and ocean beaches, Coast Guard and Marconi are nearest ocean beaches within 3 miles. Nearest Bay beaches are Absolutely no pets. All hardwood floors and leather furniture offer a very clean environment. Linens are provided at no cost, (sheets for all beds and one bathing towel and face cloth per guest as well as hand towels and kitchen towels) Linens are folded on each bed upon arrival. Upon departure, guests will start the laundry by putting one load in wash and dryer (detergent for linens is provided by owner) more information at property.
