A true Atlantic ocean experience at a fraction of a cost is our moto to all who want to explore cape cod. With comfortable bedding & a friendly staff, heated indoor pool with hot tub, sauna, & our seasonal outdoor pool with barbeque grills is just want you need while relaxing with us. Other features like free high speed WIFI, 24 hour coffee & the control of heat and A/C in your room is a plus.

NOTE: QUEEN BED SHEETS AND TOWELS NOT PROVIDED. You won’t want to leave this charming, one-of-a-kind place. This 2nd floor condo has a large deck which overlooks the ocean and a heated pool. Onsite management for all your needs during your stay. Gas grills and outdoor seating for your meals. Spend the day across the street at the beach, grab a bite to each at many area restaurants, and take a dip in the heated pool. Sofa bed in living room for additional guests (4 guests total allowed).

Main Suite - Chatham Guest Rooms

This welcoming guest suite has a queen bed and a separate living room with a library, cathedral ceilings, and a full-sized sofa bed (additional fees for use of extra bed). Kitchen is stocked with dishes, silverware, cooking utensils, coffee & tea maker, microwave, and dishwasher! Children lodging with an attentive adult must be at least 7 years old. This unit is upstairs. Stairs in old buildings are steeper than modern stairs. Best for guests comfortable with stairs.

Maritime vibe with knotty pine & iron-frame beds

The Coonamessett offers two (2) comfortable 1st-floor King junior suites that are both ADA accessible. One large space features a plush king bed and a lounge/sitting area with a sofa and dining table as well as a private bath with a walk-in shower. These 475-510 square foot rooms also include a 43" Smart TV, Bluetooth radio, mini-fridge, individually-controlled AC and heat (window AC units used in the warmer months), and free wireless internet access.

A daily resort fee of $35 per room is collected by the hotel. THIS is a great location, just a few minute drive to Woods Hole, and the ferry to Martha's Vineyard. It is a studio apartment with all the amenities. MINIMUM 2 NIGHTS. / NIGHT

Enjoy easy access to popular shops and restaurants from this charming place to stay. Located less than a half a mile from the Cape Cod Canal. At the base of the Bourne Bridge we are convenient to all access points. Route 25 route three route 495 route 195. 

Viking Shores Motor Inn (King Room)

Located centrally next to multiple beaches along the National Seashore (1 mile away from Nauset light Beach). Our property conveniently connects directly into the Cape Cod Rail Trail which is perfect for cyclists or walkers who are looking for an adventure!

Hyannis Travel Inn, Two Double Beds

The Hyannis Travel Inn is located in the heart of Hyannis, "the hub of Cape Cod". Main St. shops and restaurants are only one block away. Hyannis Harbor is less than 1/2 a mile and the beach is only one mile away.
