For this reservation, we are offering the full main level of the house to smaller groups of up to six guests. The furnished basement will not be rented and will be locked. 25+ only.

You won’t forget your stay in this beautiful converted Barn on 8 acres of land. Located right on the wine trail. We have plenty of space with wooded areas, magical trails and gardens throughout. We even have a solar lit campground called “The Chrysalis.” Two other homes occupy this space, but we are spread out allowing for plenty of privacy. Separate private parking area too. The Beachcomber suite upstairs is a one bedroom/livingroom with a queen bed. A small dining area is off the kichenette. Kitchen includes a microwave, coffee maker, toaster, and electric griddle. Full size refrigerator. Bathroom has a full size bathtub and shower. Unit has been completely remodeled and updated with new furniture, fixtures, and appliances. This is a SECOND FLOOR suite accessed from the front entryway of the home. Owners live on the main floor. No pets allowed.

Tiny is the second dwelling on this property and is technically a mobile tiny house. While we do have electricity and water, much like an RV the drains run to holding tanks. This means VERY LIMITED WATER USE for showers and toilet flushing. It features a fully stocked kitchen, bathroom, and a queen bed in the small loft.
