Mecheline's home is a gated modern Adobe Architecture. Brand new house. Designed, furnished, decorated with comforts by its owner. It features a spacious kitchen for gourmet cooking, open layout living and dining area. 3 beds, 2 full baths and half. Free car parking inside the gate. This relaxing, peaceful, unique home is situated in a residential neighborhood with the feeling of being away. Beach is about a mile away. Market, restaurants, shops are all a short 5-10 minutes drive away.

Entire Beachfront Loft in Punta Ballo, Sipalay

A second floor exclusive loft that contains 3 airconditioned bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Right in front of the beach with views from the balcony and a living room inside. The rate is good for 6 pax. Guests are allowed to add up to 3 additional pax (with a fee, inclusive of extra bed) The first floor is a common area for all the guests of the property, even for those who occupy the rooms at the back of the main house.
