Das Haus mit Garten liegt in Muttenz BL, nahe der St. Jakobshalle in Basel, Schweiz. Es ist ein grosses Doppel Einfamilienhaus und grenzt unmittelbar an Basel. Ruhige Lage für Party, Feste oder grosse Versammlungen nicht geeignet. Platz für 1 - 6 Personen, Gruppe oder Familie. Die Schlafgelegenheiten befinden sich auf dem 1. und 2. Obergeschoss. WC auf jedem Geschoss vorhanden. Badezimmer mit Dusche auf dem 1. Obergeschoss. Im Erdgeschoss befindet sich die Küche und ein grosses Wohnzimmer.

Historical apartment in the city center (1504)

4-room apartment in a historical house on 4 floors. Beautiful, historical building with low ceilings located in a calm backyard. 1st floor: double-room, new shower/WC. 2nd floor: fully equipped kitchen, dining-room. 3rd floor: living-room with shared balcony. 4th floor: sleeping-room with sofa-bed 150x200cm (a topper will be put on the mattress), shower/WC. Door on every floor to ensure full privacy. Due to the low ceilings the apartment might not be ideal for people taller than 1.80m.

Cosy room near ART Basel, free parking

Quiet room with a 1.60 meter wide double bed, located in the second floor of our house with a beautiful garden. Free parking is available. 10 mins by tram to the center. Direct free bus in 19 mins to the St. Jakobshalle. The indicated price is per room. We are happy to serve a delicious breakfast on request. Free wifi. Our cat also lives in our house. Guests receive a ticket to use public transport in our area for free! We speak German, English, French, Italian and Spanish.

Twin room in beautiful central house with garden

The room has two big (1.20 m) and very comfortable beds, that we can put together too. We have two rooms to rent on the second floor (no elevator) of our beautiful house. There is one private bathroom and a separate toilet for the two rooms. No kitchen and no breakfast, but coffee and tea at any moment for free. Very close (5 minutes walking distance) to the fair, the Basel Tattoo, shopping opportunities and to the Rhine. Central but very calm (garden side).

3 cozy rooms in family home, excellent location

Hello :) We offer three cozy rooms, one with a balcony, in our family home. A private bathroom and toilet are also available. Our house is in a beautiful location, with the city center just 7 minutes away by tram and the picturesque Schützenmattpark just a 2-minute walk away. The public transport connections are excellent, with three tram and four bus lines in the immediate vicinity (5 minutes). The three rooms can only be booked together.

a private room for 2 people with a shared bathroom (shared with me). very central and close to the fair (15min) and train station (5min), german trainstation (15min), old town (5min by foot), all public transports within 100m walking very quiet place of the city NO kitschen access! For the duration of your stay you will receive a BaselCard with which you can use the entire public transport in Basel for free.

Klein aber fein

My house is in a quiet residential neighbourhood in Basel (Hirzbrunnen); you can be downtown in a few minutes by tram or bike; I live in a modern and minimalist style. Reasonable sustainability (solar thermal energy, photovoltaics with electricity storage) is important to me; my own parking space directly in front of the house is included in the rent.

Im Zimmer hast du ein Bett, einen Schrank und einen Arbeitstisch zur Verfügung. Das Badezimmer teilst du mit mir, meinem Sohn und gegebenenfalls mit weiteren Gästen. Im Preis inbegriffen sind Kaffee oder Tee am Morgen. Weiter kannst du die Küche mitbenutzen, die Waschmaschine und den Garten. Ein kostenloser Parkplatz steht direkt vor der Haustür.
