It can easily accommodate 4 people and is very bright even in winter. You have also a beautiful view from the windows. Guests will have access to the apartment reserved exclusively to them, and they will take the keys for the duration of their holiday, having guaranteed maximum privacy. To reach the apartment, located on the second floor, go up the beautiful marble stairs. On the first floor of the building, in another separate and independent apartment, lives the owner. The apartment is located in the Dorsoduro district, close to the Ca' Foscari, the Grand Canal, Campo Santa Margherita, the Frari's Basilica and the Saint Rocco's School. In 10 minutes walking, you can arrive to Piazzale Roma, the train station of Saint Lucia, the galleries of the Accademia, the Rialto Bridge. In 15 minutes you can get to Piazza San Marco. The Dorsoduro disctrict is the most young and funny disctrict of Venice (because of the presence of pub and University), but also the most popular for art and culture. It's perfect for tourists who want to discover Venice with intelligence and pleasure. Here you can take the best part of the city at the most affordable prices, without forgetting that in few minutes you can arrive to all the other tourist attractions. The apartment is very close to the vaporetto stop (ACTV) of St. Toma, whre you have the line 1, the line 2 and night line. With the line 2, by St. Toma, you arrive to the Rialto Bridge in just one stop. With two stops you arrive to the train station (railway). Also, near the apartment, there are many grocery stores, several supermarkets, bars, pubs, restaurants, pizzerias (also take away), cicchetterie and bakeries. Nearby Campo Santa Margherita everyday there are stalls of fruits, vegetables, fish. The bus n. 5 connects the Marco Polo Airport with Piazzale Roma, from which you arrive to the apartment in 10 minutes of walking, or by vaporetto line 2 in 3 stops.
