Make yourself at home in this quaint 3bd/2ba home, just 4 miles from Winnsboro and 35 miles from 1-20 @ Garrett Road. The house has 2 bathrooms, one with a tub/shower and one with a step in stand up shower. Hardwood flooring throughout with the exception of the bathrooms. High efficiency washer/dryer and 5 cup Keurig Coffee Maker with coffee pods, creamer and sugar supplied. Completely renovated with all the amenities you need for a comfortable stay. Unwind and relax during your stay in our newly renovated 116-year-old cottage, while enjoying modern updated amenities of home. The cottage was updated for your pleasure while keeping unique touches of the original home. Unwind and grill on the back porch and enjoy the shade of the oak tree. This pet friendly home offers a fenced in backyard for your pet's safety. We are located 6 minutes from Monroe Regional Airport and 5 minutes from the University of Louisiana at Monroe. No large gatherings.

High speed internet. 3.1 miles to ULM, 1.4 miles to Forsythe Park, 5.8 miles to airport, 16miles to Sterlington Sports Complex.

Peaceful Getaway

Peaceful Getaway in the country, 15 min from Winnsboro. Right off main hwy, 3 minutes to grocery store, 20 min to Walmart, 1 hr to META Site, between Monroe, LA & Natchez, MS - both 1 hour away. Great to visit & come back to a tranquil setting away from the city noise. 20 minutes from fishing! Apartment is attached to our home. It has private entrance. WI-FI & Smart TV, no cable. We provide kitchen so you can make your own breakfast. Remain secluded or visit! Our dogs are a guest favorite!

It’s an open floor plan - studio type. It has a full kitchen + bathroom with a spacious wet room. Luxury linens + eco friendly essentials. Located adjacent to the campus of University of Louisiana at Monroe & just down the driveway from our beautiful dock. It has one KING bed and one SINGLE bed/couch.

Private Farmhouse

Private, peaceful and country calm! No close neighbors to disturb you. Only 7 minutes from Winnsboro. Huge front and back yard, great for football or baseball with the kids. It’s easy to relax in this little farmhouse. It has two bedrooms and sleeps four comfortably with one king size bed and two single beds. A cot is also available for a fifth person and a portable crib for your baby. This recently renovated house has everything that you need including WIFI and Roku TV.

Savage Lane

Our father built this house beginning in 1981. It is located on our 40-acre farm, in front of my sister's cottage, about 100 yards from the house I share with our nephew, which was originally built by our grandparents in 1939. It is quiet, remote and peaceful. It is about seven miles to the nearest grocery stores and restaurants in Bastrop, and one mile to a Dollar General in Collinston. There is wifi in the house, as well as a Roku TV.

Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place, about 10 minutes from Winnsboro, 10 minutes to Big Lake, 25 minutes to Delhi, and 45 minutes to Monroe! This home is located on a gravel back road, giving you a quiet place to relax for your stay! With all new appliances and all of your amenities! This home is only 3 years old and the perfect place to stay for a night or two!

Sue's Southern Stay

This private house sleeps 3 in the bedroom and 1 on the couch. I do have an inflatable queen mattress that can be used upon request. It has a full kitchen and private washer/dryer also.There is a fenced yard for a large dog, but the fence is wide enough that a small dog will be able to escape. Located within 8 miles of I-20, University of Louisiana at Monroe, and Pecanland Mall.

Quiet secluded and quaint two bedroom barn loft

If you’re looking for a “getaway”, here’s your place. Located 7 miles outside of Rayville and 20 minutes from Monroe La. It’s the perfect spot. 65 acres to roam on, a nearby “break or swamp”, a stocked pond just outside your back door with wild ducks much of the year, you’ll find plenty to do without leaving the place!
