Our delightful home is close to art and culture, great views, Coal Creek Museum, Tourist railway, 20 minute ocean. One hour Phillip Island and penguin parade, Motor Cycle Grand Prix, Wilson's Prom and Mornington Peninsula tourist attractions. You’ll love "The House of Radovanovich" because of the friendly hosts have travelled the world and wish to share their sense of adventure. 7.5 hectare property with main house and self contained purpose built 1 bedroom cottage with queen size bed, bathroom with spa overlooking private garden with water feature, lounge, dining and kitchen with breakfast hamperon arrival, veranda front and back overlooking paddocks and dam, car port. Property has a push button farm gate at entrance. There are bikes to ride and the dam is stocked with fish. Silver Perch and Trout bring your own fishing rod.
