Welcome to "Cabin on Swede Hill". Our family has farmed this land since 1871. My great grandparents, Swan and Johanna Johnson immigrated to America in the 1860's, found this land which was similar to Sweden. They raised their family here. Approximately 65 Swedish families settled in this community, became to be know as the "Swede Hills". We just received the Hoosier Homestead Award from Indiana celebrating the Sesquicentennial Award. Looking for a relaxing lake vacation? Our studio home is directly on the water with docks to offer for guest use during warm months. Great fishing spot with included kayaks and seasonal pontoon boat to explore on the lake. Our gas fireplace on the deck provides amazing memories and relaxation. Gas grill, outdoor furniture, clean space to swim between docks, and so on! Wifi, streaming networks, and board games provided in home! We keep our prices low for 2 people, so please note that while we have space for up to 6 guests, each additional guest will incur small additional charges.

"SERENITY COTTAGE" A private lake front home on the north shore of Lake of the Woods. 35 min. to Notre Dame and 19 min. to Amish country, Nappanee, IN. This charming three bedroom home in a quiet setting is the perfect place to catch some much needed R & R with family & friends. Park you boat at our private pier or just enjoy observing the wildlife, sunsets, etc. Observe the grace of great blue herons, mama ducks with their ducklings, and you may catch a glimpse of a bald eagle!

The Perfect Spot: 3 FULL baths/4 bedrooms

Rustic Lodge -Oak Tree Lodge

The Oak Tree Lodge is located in a country setting and offers a private lodge with an outdoor area for relaxing and entertaining. The former barn structure has been beautifully transformed in a rustic and comfortable lodge to rest, relax, and renew. We have renewed it into a fresh new life - as a lodge to invite friends and guests to enjoy and relax. The listed rate is for four people, and additional quests will be $25.00 per person.

Culver/Lake Max Home... In-Town & Close to Academy

Clean, Comfortable, Updated Home just steps off of Main Street and a short walk to Cafe Max. A great home for Academy parents to stay while visiting their children. Also, a great residence to stay in if your child's team is playing a Culver team. Dogs are welcome, please no cats. $50 additional pet cleaning fee. Need the house for consecutive weekends? Let me know. Happy to be flexible with cleaning fees and unused mid-week days.
