Unique Villa is in an area with easy access to public transportation with car and bike rental offices nearby. The property is fenced to enhance security and is located within walking distance of the beach. Tranquil walks are encouraged during which times guests can experience the beautiful natural scenery, which will enhance their vacation in Nevis. To maintain a clean and welcomed environment at the villa, a non-smoking, no pets policy is enforced.

If in need of essentials, supermarkets, food courts, bakery, pharmacy, and bank are all within a breezy 5-minute walk.

Our studio is light and airy with air conditioning for your comfort. It has everything you need for your stay, including a washer and dryer, an air fryer oven and nearby supermarket to cook your own meals. All utensils, appliances and much more are in the studio. We are located walking distance to many restaurants as well. Our property is located across the street from the Marriott 18 hole golf course.
