Welcome to our peaceful 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom retreat conveniently located near Austin, Bastrop, and Smithville. The spacious house is fully equipped and features two living spaces, stunning forest views from the east-facing windows, and a tranquil fenced deck. The ten-acre property offers access to hiking trails, hammocks, a fire pit, and a BBQ for our guests to enjoy. The house is designed to welcome families, is wheelchair accessible, and well-behaved pets are also welcome with a few rules.

We offer two beautiful cottages (The Hemingway and The FW) that are located on 50 acres at the end of a dead end road. Surrounded by thousands of privately owned acreage, featuring abundant wildlife (deer, turkey, birdwatchers paradise). This is a working cattle ranch so you can take in sunsets as cattle graze in front of you. Cottages are newly built and fully furnished. Lofts for reading, custom tile showers, outdoor fire pits and lounge area. Cottages are located away from main house.

This 60's retreat lies within a block of the Colorado River, a walk from downtown and Fisherman's Park and a short drive to Bastrop State Park. This is a quaint bungalow in the historic district of Bastrop one of the oldest towns in Texas. It is within walking distance to shops, restaurants and the Colorado river. Is about 20 minutes to Austin Airport and F1 race track, 30 minutes to downtown Austin. We have reverse osmosis water system in the kitchen and fridge. we have cable and wi-fi. we have instant hot water so you will not run out of hot water while you try out our fabulous walk in tub. It has 2 bedrooms and sleeps 4.
