It is located within 15 kilometres of Bathurst’s Mount Panorama (Warluu) as well as all of Bathurst major sporting fields. A reverse cycle A/C is installed in the main living room. There is ducted heating & cooling all year round. We have chickens you can feed and the Kangaroos, Sheep and Cows are never far away.
