Located just a short 15-minute drive from LSU, our property is pet-friendly and features 3 spacious bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, making it the perfect choice for families, groups of friends, or business travelers. Fully furnished and equipped with all of the amenities you need to feel right at home, you'll enjoy comfortable beds, a fully equipped kitchen, and plenty of space to stretch out and relax. High-speed internet and a smart TV, enable you to stay connected and entertained during your stay.

Quiet oak-lined street in mid-city Baton Rouge near shops, restaurants, LSU (4.3 mi.), & more. 1200 sf house with modern kitchen and open concept. Hardwood floors throughout. Two full bathrooms; one has a tub/shower and the other has a large walk-in shower. All bedrooms have room darkening draperies. Patio with pond and seating. A 400 sq. ft. studio room contains a washer and dryer, a desk, a sofa and conversation area and "arts and crafts" supplies for kids. Propane barbecue grill provided.

Our backyard pool and patio is welcome for you to make yourself at home! *NOTE* Parties are strictly prohibited and additional visitors over the 4 allowed guests must be explicitly approved. No vehicles may park on site over the 2 advertised spaces. We live on-site and will not tolerate abuse of these terms.

Historic Downtown Cottage

This historic, raised home sits in the downtown historical Beauregard Town neighborhood. During your stay you'll be a short distance to several major venues, like the Canes River Center & Casinos. LSU campus is just a quick 5 minute drive. Whether you're in town for business, vacation or an LSU game, you’ll have a prime location! Access to the entire home + the side patio. The Landing! Updated, spacious, and clean!

You will be delighted to stay in this 3 bedroom, 2 bath, PET FRIENDLY home. The kitchen has beautiful quartz countertops and is stocked with small appliances for all your needs. You will find comfortable beds and bedding in each of the 3 bedrooms. We have a strict No Parties, No Gatherings, No Visitors policy. This is a quiet, well established, neighborhood. All guests must always be considerate of neighbors.

Home away from home

Nice quiet spot to relax. Centrally located so just minutes away from downtown and near many stores and restaurants. This neighborhood is patrolled by hospital security. That being said, it is across the street from a hospital so you do hear sirens at times. It’s also an older home. I do my best to take care of it and make sure everything is in great condition for y’all.
