With its own private courtyard & entrance it is ideal for a couple, or a couple with a small child, or for someone on business. It is wheelchair friendly with courtyard and verandah There is street parking directly at the front of the property, No on the driveway after unpacking your car as we need access to the garage.

Open plan lounge, kitchen to first bedroom. Has walk through bedroom/bathroom to the second bedroom. Can accommodate 4 adults but better suited to families.
