Un piccolo loft situato nel centro Sardegna. 60 metri quadri circa, con una grande vetrata che si affaccia nella valle sottostante. Gli spazi sono dedicati alla fruizione comoda di un open space abitativo comunicante con uno spazio creativo di artigianato sardo e uno studio di architettura. Il B&B è stato concepito per ospitare le persone che, se lo desiderassero, potrebbero conoscere, all’interno del laboratorio adiacente e ben visibile dall’open space, l’arte della tessitura manuale.

Appartamento indipendente, di nuova ristrutturazione e rifinito nei dettagli, è dotato di due ampie camere doppie con relativi bagni completamente accessoriati; soggiorno con smart tv a schermo piatto, connessione WI-FI, cucina con lavastoviglie forno e forno a microonde ; lavatrice, impianto di riscaldamento e aria condizionata. L'appartamento è situato in pieno centro, circondato da bar, ristoranti, negozi,piazze e chiese e distante pochi minuti dalle più belle spiagge del Sinis.

Casa Melograno is a three-story house with a charming small garden. The ground floor features a spacious kitchen, while the first floor includes a living room (which can also serve as a bedroom) and a bathroom. The bedroom on the second floor is accessible by a ladder. Casa Melograno has been tastefully renovated by us. Please note, it is not suitable for young children under 6 years old due to the lack of a banister on the stairs and the ladder leading to the top-floor bedroom.

Rilassati con tutta la famiglia in questo alloggio lontano dal caos, nella pace e serenità di un paese tranquillo e a pochi km dalle più belle spiagge della provincia di Oristano. È un’ottimo punto di appoggio per visitare le spiagge del Sinis, la zona di capo San Marco ( Putzu Idu, Sa Rocca Tunda), S’Archittu e Santa Caterina, oppure andare a visitare la sorgente di San Leonardo e le cascate, il pozzo di Santa Cristina o i numerosissimi nuraghe presenti nella zona.
