For families with small children, please note that the two rooms are not on the same floor, there are internal stairs, and the house does not have gates to prevent their use. Please respect the quiet hours and refrain from organizing parties that could disturb the evening/nighttime tranquility or cause damage to the apartment.

It offers a nice view of the lake and is surrounded by all the services that the city could offer: public parking, public transport, bars, restaurants, lakefront, a tourist information centre nearby, and two delicious grocery stores in case you don't feel like cooking or going to a restaurant! Loading/unloading with the car in front of the property is possible.

Gaze over stunning 180-degree views of islands on Lago Maggiore from the expansive, floor-to-ceiling windows of this lovely, 230-year-old rustic stone villa. Antique furnishings perfectly complement the historic architecture. The house is on 3 floors so a fair bit of walking up and down stairs is required. The main bedroom is on the upper floor and the 2nd bedroom (two single beds) and bathroom on the lowest floor. Ideal for couples and families but not for the elderly or groups of 4 adults.
