Cozy single room cabin with a shower bathroom and a lake view. The cabin sleeps four with a double bed and one queen sofa, and is located in Henderson less than a mile from Lake Norfork Marina. Although the cabin does not have a kitchen, it has a mini-fridge, microwave, coffeemaker, table and chairs, and a Webber grill. It also has a flat screen TV, NEXT w/movie channels, and free Wifi. This quiet location is easy to get to, yet close to hiking, picnicking, swimming, boating, and fishing.

This is a Studio unit in a 4 unit house called the Magnolia House that sits on the White River between Gastons and the White River in Lakeview, Arkansas. Each unit is private from other units like a hotel. You can rent all 4 rooms for multiple families if available. Many rent Studio unit #2 along with unit #1 because they can be assessable to each other. This unit #2 sleeps 3 comfortably. There is one queen bed and one folding twin bed in the living area. This unit has no river view.

The Jack House is a remodeled 2 bedroom 1 bath house and the perfect place to enjoy Cotter. The house is close to everything in Cotter. You will be within walking distance to the White River and the Cotter Spring. The local diner and fly shop are a block away from the Jack House.
