There are three units that comprise the Whale Watcher - The Puffin, The Loon and The Gannet - and latter is the smallest. The private deck has comfortable chairs and a BBQ. Extraordinary ocean views lie just beyond your front door. The Gannet offers flexibility: an adjacent unit - the Puffin, can be combined to create a spacious 2-bedroom, 2-bath option. Sip your morning cup of tea while taking in the magnificent view of Cape Broyle Harbour. Spend the day exploring the beautiful outports along the Southern Shore. As evening falls, sit around a bonfire on the beach or stargaze from our stage-head. Then cuddle up for a good night’s sleep accompanied by the sound of the ocean’s lullaby. Seasonally swim at local swimming holes or go ice skating on a nearby pond, close to East Coast Trails, and the Ferryland lighthouse plus many more attractions!

Newfoundland Beach House

As waterfront as you can get! Perched on the coastline in beautiful Conception Bay (15-20 minute drive from St. John's airport & downtown) the views from this property are amazing. People who enjoy nature - watching whales breach, icebergs melt, seabirds frolic, storms brew, fishermen fish, the sun set, or those who like to hike, kayak, dive, generally explore - will especially appreciate this unique property and the experiences it offers. (House has great wifi too for those remote workers:)

LAKEFRONT LOFT & HOT-TUB

The loft is the perfect place to R&R lakeside. Just 30 minutes from the city but remote. Directions posted. Your space is a top-floor loft and a separate unit that includes a private kitchenette area with sink, appliances, a Queen bedroom and full bathroom. No lounge room. The gorgeous outdoors is your lounge, to relax, kayak, swim or hot tub, that’s all privately yours during your stay. I occupy the main and may be there on the first night of your stay to show operations n sign waivers.
