The kitchen is fully equipped with ample cabinet space and modern appliances, including a brand-new refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave oven hood, and stove. Adjacent to the kitchen, the separate laundry room/mudroom provides access to both the kitchen and the side patio. Outdoor spaces include a large covered front porch and a charming back porch with a pergola, perfect for enjoying the outdoors. Up to 2, mid to small sized dogs allowed.
