Pull the plug at this unique and tranquil getaway that we call "Elysium Heritage Farm". Experience groomed trails, ponds, canals & marshes on our 120 acres of woods & wetlands. View multitudes of "flora and fauna" along with the fainting goats, chickens, rabbits & other critters of "The Farm". Go for a canoe or kayak trip and try your luck at catch & release fishing. The cabin has no electricity but solar lighting illuminates nicely. Convenient private showers available nearby. Shown in pictures

Tanner Bldg Apt 9 - 1 Bedroom (Downtown)

Built in 1867, the Averill Block is consider the oldest continuous use commercial building in the State of Michigan as well as the oldest building in downtown Bay City. The 12 ft ceilings and 8 foot tall windows allow for a light and airy feel. Located steps away from everything in downtown Bay City, you can simply park your car for the weekend and walk to everything. However, you'll likely want to spend the day lounging in your PJs, sipping coffee, or unwinding in the hot tub (open year-round).

Camp Style Home, Pinconning, MI

Located 1/2 mile from Saginaw Bay between Linwood and Pinconning, our camp is the best place to begin fishing, hunting, bird watching or family adventures you will never forget. We just finished renovating our camp that is specifically set up for fishermen taking advantage of the world class walleye fishing on Saginaw Bay. However, the Nayanquing State Wildlife Area borders two sides of our property and would be a fantastic location to spring board your next waterfowl hunting expedition.

This large pet friendly 2800 Sq/Ft home is located one mile west of the Saginaw Bay near Linwood Beach Marina. For your security and ours we have added outdoor cameras, but absolutely no indoor cameras.There are two golf courses with-in 5 miles and has several restaurants located near the Village of Linwood. Bay City is a larger city 10 miles to the south. The home has a large front and back deck. The home is on a main highway (603 S.Huron Rd) and is tucked away nicely behind a Billboard.
