This calm and tranquil cottage is surrounded by vines, greenery and a private woodland allowing you to relax and enjoy your stay. This peaceful home can offer you nice walks and enjoyable evenings “en famille” or “entre amis” in the spacious garden or cosy terrace. Situated between the Bordeaux wine capital and the Dordogne valley and a short drive to St Emilion. Only 5 mins from local amenities.

Le Cottage du Figuier est ouvert sur un joli jardin tranquille et privé avec un salon de jardin et des fauteuils bain de soleil. Bien équipé pour cuisiner, mieux qu'une kitchinette, excellent lit et charme assuré ! Il fait partie des dépendances du Château de la Giraudière, dans un parc de 15 hectares, promenade dans les bois et les prés qui descendent vers le petit étang poissonneux. Grande piscine chauffée seulement à la belle saison (12,5m x 5,5 m) et partagée mais jamais surchargée !

Recently renovated, this lovely stone cottage sits on the top of a beautiful, green prairie just steps from the breath-taking cliffs of Loiba and from empty, gorgeous beaches. The feeling of peace and serenity here is overwhelming and is the perfect getaway from our busy, bustling lives. The cottage has 4 bedrooms (3 with double beds, 1 with 2 twin beds) and two bathrooms with showers.

Vine Cottage is part of a 18th Century longhouse that has been lovingly restored. With vaulted ceiling and Breton fireplace you will feel "at home" the moment you walk in. Built in the early 1700's, it sits in the heart of Southern Brittany's most beautiful countryside. Sitting in an ancient stone hamlet on the edge of a forest it forms part of a conservation area, of which the tranquility has hardly changed since Louis XIV's reign.
