This new 2 bedroom guesthouse, centrally located in the beautiful Annapolis Valley, is 5 minutes from the famous Oaklawn Farm Zoo; Berwick, Apple Capital of NS, is 8 minutes from us; Greenwood Air Force Base is 15 minutes away. Explore the Valley from end to end -- Wolfville, home of Acadia University and vineyards is a half hour away, while at the other end of the Valley is Annapolis Royal, the first European settlement in North America. Peggy's Cove, Lunenburg, Digby are all an easy drive.

4 bedrooms (6 DOUBLE BEDS AND 1 QUEEN BED). Also includes a sofa bed. Sleeps as many as 12 guests. Like a home away from home. Located in a quiet country surrounding on a cul de sac. Freddy's Pizza nearby. 10 minute drive to Moncton or Shediac. 8 minutes from the Moncton airport. Close to the Champlain Mall and Lakeside Golf Club. 15 minutes from the Casino. On the NB ATV (winter only) and snowmobile trails. Ample parking for trailers. Very friendly and bilingual owners living next door.

Cozy Tree House Studio in Nature

Kick back and relax in this cozy space. The studio provides a chill experience on 4+ acres, with private stream access, a small park-like forest, bird watching, meditative spaces, and walking paths throughout the forest. Included: WiFi, coffee beans, tea, firewood, tv, outdoor gear such as snow shoes and fishing gear on request. The treehouse is located in the heart of NB 90 minutes from sight seeing in all directions including Hopewell Rocks, Magnetic Hill, and historical Saint John.

Woodhaven - Seaside Guest House

Dog-friendly Woodhaven is on the shore of Oak Bay between the St. Andrews and St. Stephen. The 1600 square foot Guest House has an open concept kitchen-dining-living room with gas fireplace; deck with hot tub, barbecue, dining table facing the water; two bedrooms with a king bed in one, and twin beds in the other; three-piece bathroom also has a washer-dryer; fenced yard for pets; canoe and kayak available; keyless entry; wheel-chair accessible.

The Lakeside Loft

Modern Lakefront loft only 5 minute drive to the town of Yarmouth and the ferry terminal. Newly constructed. Swimming, fishing, canoeing/kayaking possible right from the private dock. *** N.B *** There are natural stone steps of various heights leading to the Loft and lakefront which may be difficult for people with mobility issues. There is no handrail. This property is not recommended for people who have mobility issues.

The Alder's Carriage House
