The Nest at Spirit Pond, Baynes Lake

Welcome to "the Nest" at Spirit Pond. It is located in the village of Baynes Lake near Fernie & Lake Koocanusa. It is a custom built 2000 square foot home. It has all the amenities of home. You can enjoy lots of recreation in the area year round. There are beaches, boating, fishing, hiking, biking and warm weather to enjoy in the summer. In the winter you can enjoy our winter playground with skiing, snowboarding, snowmobiling, snowshoeing and cross country skiing.

Tobacco Riverwalk Flat

This unique flat is set up like a huge hotel room. Spacious room size, king size bed, comfy seating area and large bathroom. Small fridge, coffee pot, hot water pot, air conditioner, microwave provided along with dishes and a table. This second floor flat has its own patio table with 6 chairs. This location is attached to a commercial shop, the lower level is currently vacant. The main shop space is currently is being used for storage at this time and is pretty quiet.

The Eagles Nest at Abayance Bay

ENJOY A BREATHTAKING VIEW OF LAKE KOOCANUSA from the top of the hill above Abayance Bay Marina in our newly renovated family friendly home. Tucked into trees on a private and spacious 1/3 acre lot. Relax by the fire table on the large covered deck. Sleeps 8 comfortably in 3 bedrooms that each have their own full bathroom. Includes a massive garage for your boat, RV or sleds. The Marina is a 2 minute drive and a 10 minute walk down the hill.

This cute 1 bedroom condo is in the Griz Inn located at the base of the hill. The comfy King sized bed has a comfy high end matress for a great sleep after a big day on the slopes, if u are accomodating up to 4 people please keep in mind the secondary bed is a pull out couch. The Kitchen is fully equipped, Indoor pool and large new outdoor hot tub. Wifi, cable, parking and storage lockers to store gear as well as bike storage in summer.
