Meydan da turistik yerlere giden otobüsler bulunmaktadır. istanbulun Turistik yerleri olan Taksim, Eminönü, Beyazıt, Kapalı çarşı, sultanahmet camii, Ayasofya ve daha bir çok yere kolayca erişim sağlayabilirsiniz. Daire arka cephedir, bu nedenle sessiz ve sakindir.

Central location with sea view

Evim merkezi bir konumda olup etrafında tarihi olarak gezip görebileceğiniz bir çok yer bulunmaktadır. Bilgi Üniversitesine çok yakın yürüme mesafesinde. Havalimanı araba ile 15 dakika, metro ile 25 dakikadır. Pierre Lotti Tepesi, Eyüpsultan Camii gibi tarihi yerlere haritadan bakıp yürüyerek gitmeniz mümkün. Tarihi yarımada, Eminönü ise tramvay ile 15 dakikada gidebilirsiniz. Deniz manzarası ve evin ferahlığını da eve girince anlayacaksınız :)

Four separate flats, each with bedroom, bathroom, kitchen plus living room with sofa bed. Internet. 150 m2. Easy access to all Istanbul's most important sites. 15 minutes to Taksim and Sultanahmet by taxi. Tram, bus and ferry to all the other popular areas and it takes only 5-10 minutes walk to get to those stations from my house.

Small Cozy Appartment

Balat is a historic and charming tourist destination located in the city. A bus stop is conveniently situated right in front of the house, and it’s just a 15-minute to reach the heart of the city, including popular areas like Taksim, Eminönü, and Karaköy. The accommodation is small but cozy, making it ideal for 1-2 people for a short stay. P.S: The terrace in the cover photo is a common area, there is no direct access from the apartment.

Have a comfortable stay in a recently restored Ottoman Mansion, returned to its original exquisite beauty. The house is on four floors and comprises a fully equipped modern kitchen, and separate elegant dining room.
