The Siesta Studio - Local Stay, Sarasota Style

The Siesta Studio is a a seperate entrance guest suite attached to my home. Guest patio for outdoor cooking, dining, & relaxing. The studio has a Serta Plush queen bed, masterbath w/tub, dressing room w/ hangers, iron & steamer. Kitchenette includes a microwave, oven w/ air fryer, & a fridge/freezer. Coffee bar w/ Waterdrop filtered water on tap, reusable water bottles & reusable on the go coffee cups. The studio is setup as a neighboring apartment w/ guest designated parking for one vehicle.

Welcome and enjoy a relaxing vacation house with your family. This heated POOL house is well situated and well-maintained in a cul-de-sac and is central to the beach (15 minute drive to Anna Maria Island), IMG Academy, The Bradenton Country Club, famous Riverwalk, downtown and numerous restaurants and shopping options. Enjoy your own private oasis with plenty of space for your family and friends with 3 bedrooms that can sleep 8 guests and a fourth bonus room that can sleep 2 additional guests

Private 3 bedroom single family home 4 miles to white sand gulf beaches Longboat Key and Anna Maria Island. HEATED SALTWATER POOL home with access to ride bikes to the beach. Spread out in the oversized backyard with your own private pool and sitting area, featuring artificial turf yard and putting green, and beautiful landscaping. All hurricane damage has been repaired. The fence is fixed and the backyard is again completely private. The pergola pictured in photos was lost in the storm.

The cottage was built in 1926 and is in a Historic Neighborhood. Our location is a 10 min car ride to the #1 Rated Siesta Key Beach and a short stroll to popular eateries and shopping areas. The cottage is cozy and has all the essentials of home. Private entrance, backyard, kitchenette with a full fridge. Ideal for 2 people but can accommodate more. Dogs welcome
