Cute self-contained sleep out.

Self-contained with bedroom, bathroom and tea/coffee station. Opens onto a small patio in our super sunny garden. We live in the main house on the property but our guest house is at the rear of the property and is nice and private. We do have a small dog that is sometimes in the garden. He’s super friendly but can be kept away if needed. Great location, bus stop at the top of the road which takes you straight into CBD in 15min. Ferry is also located in Birkenhead which is about 5km away.

Wonderful outdoor spaces to sit around and chat with friends - truly unique! 2 minute walk to Cafes, Bar, Takeaways and other interesting little shops. Close to Bus Stop that will take you to the City or if you prefer a short walk to the ferry for a trip to popular Hobsonville to check out the exciting cafes, bars and Farmer's Market or directly to the City. I provide guests privacy, but am only a phone call or message away. Very handy location!

The room can comfortably accommodate two adults and spare (portable) beds can be supplied for an infant (up to 3 years) and a child.

It has a small, private fenced yard and a dedicated free parking space for one vehicle in the front. Everything you need to prepare a delicious meal is provided in the fully equipped kitchen: pick up your supplies at the supermarkets in Hobsonville or the Farmers Market at the weekends at Hobsonville Point.
