Bellavista Resort is located in the southern part of Durrës Bay, next to Brilliant, and Gloria Hotels by the left side and Supreme Hotel by the right side - half an hour from Mother Teresa Airport, 10 minutes from Durrës, one hour from Berat, and one hour from archaeological site of Apolonia. The penthouse of 92 sq meters, with a 115 sq meters terrace is situated in the fifth floor and has an exclusive lift from the ground level. Full view of Durrës Bay. Enjoyable every season of the year, featuring central heating, and restaurants and mini markets open all year around. 180 degree sea view even from inside.
