Relax & enjoy wildlife from the serenity of the suite, on deck chairs or in the brand new private hot tub! In summer, your private deck is perfect for watching eagles, loons, ducks, swans and fish while enjoying cocktails or BBQ. For the lake, use a stand up paddle board or canoe from our stash. Winter? bring your own skiis for the groomed trail on the lake. A neatly appointed kitchenette gets you through the basics. Use the grill for bigger meals. Max 2 guests, both 21 & older, no exceptions.

The Sockeye @ Resurrection Bay

Welcome to The Sockeye at Resurrection Bay! Our new modern cottage features large windows and cozy spaces to enjoy the breathtaking views of Resurrection Bay, the legendary Mt. Marathon, and jaw dropping mountain panoramas. Located in downtown Seward, just one block up from the bay, enjoy watching the local wildlife, walk the beach or stroll along the waterfront. With 1 bedroom, featuring a king size bed, and a spacious loft featuring 2 queen size beds, The Sockeye sleeps 6 guests comfortably.

On your adventure to Seward unwind at our secluded new cabin nestled in the peaceful spruce trees on our property located 6 miles from downtown Seward & just a 5 minute walk from a creek with stunning views of the mountains. In the evening, enjoy sitting on the patio or build a campfire using the fire pit. Our cabin has a queen size bed, comfy pull-out couch, full bathroom, TV & a cute kitchenette with a sink, microwave, induction stovetop, refrigerator & dining table with two chairs for meals.

Cozy Alaska yurt - Full bathroom

Experience the Alaska lifestyle in our cozy, ON-grid yurt. Nestled a short walk up on the hillside, you'll be serenaded by squirrels and watch the trees rustling overhead from your new firm memory foam bed. Far from "roughing it", this yurt has all the amenities: hot and cold running (drinkable) water, electricity, a full kitchen and a shower. While there is a composting toilet inside the yurt, if you'd like to stick to a "normal" toilet, there is also a shared restroom near the parking area.

The Tree House is a custom masterpiece w/the view of all views; front door that belongs on a clipper ship; small fireplace, kitchenette, King bed, artistic staircase leading to a claw foot tub overlooking Lower Trail lake. It's a special place.Many friends have made this their honeymoon spot. In winter the toilet works but water line is frozen so we just built an all wooden bathroom in the main. lodge dual vanities and sinks, 100% private, clean, warm ,. great new shower and amenities.

Welcome to Exit Glacier Cabins! Our brand new cabin features large windows & cozy spaces to enjoy the breathtaking mountain views and braided river. Close to the Seward Harbor and on the road to Exit Glacier, we are nearby all of the action while still amidst wildlife and incredibly scenery. Our plush beds, comfy sofa, fully stocked kitchen, & custom shower make the indoors super comfortable; while our lounge chairs, picnic table, grill & fire pit will help you take in Alaska's beauty.

Kick back and relax in this quiet, cozy cabin in the woods! This two bedroom, two bathroom home is the escape you need. Nestled on an acre of forested property, find yourself unwinding as you enjoy hummingbirds, stellar jays, as well as moose and bear sightings. The home is a 10 minute drive from Seward with easy access to amazing hikes and outdoor activities. As our guest, we're here to help you explore Seward and Kenai Fjords National Park, offering discounts on many tours in the area!

Spruce Bear Cabin

Discover the charm and comfort of Spruce Bear Cabin, a newly built, custom-designed getaway completed in May 2025 by its owners, Marques and Teal. The cabin features unique finishes throughout, including wood trim milled from trees found right on the property. Set on 10 private acres just outside Moose Pass, the cabin offers mountain views from every window. Keep an eye out for black bears and mountain goats, often seen roaming the surrounding mountainside during the summer.

A Cedar Suite

Kick back in this peaceful, adorable, cedar, private home. Relax on the roomy deck and watch for local wildlife. Head out back and roast a hot dog over the fire pit. There is a large bedroom with a very comfy Alaska King bed. Walk the quiet roads and see the beautiful mountains in all directions. Located just 4 miles outside of the town of Seward you will have access to nature as well as the local town amenities.

Rustic Roots Seaside Indigo Cabin

Rustic Roots Cabins offers 7 nightly units. Our Seaside Indigo Cabin is nested right on the waterfront, with amazing views of Resurrection Bay. This craftsman cabin is rustic and has the feel of a modern houseboat at high tide. The cabin is quaint and perfect for 2 guests. It includes an en-suite bathroom, queen-size bed, sitting area, kitchenette, outdoor deck with BBQ, firepit ring, and private beach access.
