Welcome to your second home! Our bright & comfortably furnished 5 BR, 4 1/2 BA end unit rowhome sleeps 14 (+ baby) in a resort-like setting. You won't find a more generously appointed Airbnb with all of the comforts of home so pack lightly! We're ideally situated just steps away from Bear Trap's optional amenities, including a 27 hole golf course, restaurant, clubhouse, indoor & outdoor pools, tennis, pickleball, basketball, fitness, tot playground, & seasonal shuttle to nearby Bethany Beach.

Across from the amenities in Bear Trap Dunes. Optional Fees (not auto added to quote): Pet $300 max of 2 dogs; Linen $135 if you want linens (12 sets of towels with bath, hand, and washcloth). Kitchen seats 12 at the table & bar. Screened porch seats 6. Family room has a gas fireplace and a 50'' Flat Screen TV. Deck, screened porch, gas grill, large backyard, & outdoor shower. Garage has extra fridge and 6+ beach chairs. Only 7 day Sat to Sat rentals in summer. Families only. NO student groups.

An outdoor pool, clay tennis and pickleball courts are all located just steps from the home. Pet friendly with many families and dogs always walking! Wonderful restaurant in resort.

This private room is small, basic and rustic. Nestled in the back of the property, it offers a comfy queen bed, AC, small heater, a mini fridge, Keureg style coffee maker, in room toilet, outside shower and sink with hot water, private patio, clean linens and towels. Backyard has sitting areas and chimnea with firewood provided. Quiet neighborhood. Bethany Beach -10 min drive, Rehoboth-25 min. Beach gear available. TY.
