The Cottage at Burroughs has recently been completely renovated. A short walk or bike ride to downtown Beaufort restaurants and shopping, it is also just steps away from the Spanish Moss Trail and a short drive to Parris Island. The Cottage has space to park your boat trailer and is one mile from the Downtown Marina and boat landing. A scenic drive through our barrier islands will take you to the beautiful beaches and trails at Hunting Island State Park - complimentary guest pass provided.

Plus a huge pond just a 1-2 minute walk from the house where you can fish and relax.

The LowCountry Gump house is central to great restaurants, Downtown Beaufort Waterfront Park, and only minutes to Parris Island. The space is open living, easy access, and located in a quiet friendly neighborhood! We have a Hunting Island Beach pass available for use during your stay. Pack n’ play provided in the master closet if needed. We have board games and cornhole boards! We have a coffee bar as well with coffee, cream & sugar for the morning. We offer 10% Military discount.

Marley's Marshview Mecca

Kick back and enjoy the magnificent river view and breezes at this waterfront getaway in the historic Old Village of Port Royal. Two comfy bedrooms w/queen beds, two spacious bathrooms. Dog friendly and close to both downtown Beaufort and Parris Island. Fenced in back yard for our 4-legged guests! Fire pit, gas grill and 2 bikes available (just text us for the bike lock).
