This property is a brand new, modern and unobstructed waterfront beach house built directly on the dunes of Parlee Beach. This is a beautiful, family friendly vacation destination that is centrally located. It is walking distance from the famous Pointe-du-Chêne wharf and only roughly 50 feet from the Parlee Beach trail, no need to drive around all day! This house is perfect for mature people, families, friends and for special occasions. This is also on a private, dead-end road for added privacy.

Large lot, my personal cottage is on the same property, you are welcome to enjoy the whole space. Ideal for paddle boarding, sea kayaking, wind surfing etc. My mother tongue is English, and I have a working knowledge of French. Only weekly bookings during July and August, Saturday to Saturday.

Weekly rentals available with check-in/check-out on Sundays. Caissie Cape is a small coastal community of cottages located in Grand Digue and home to quiet and beautiful sandy beaches. A short drive from a small market store with fresh fruits, veggies and baked goods (Les Digues) as well as a seafood market (Joe Caissie). Shediac and Parlee Beach Provincial Park are just an eighteen minute drive while for larger amenities Moncton is only 25 minutes from the cottage.

This place as a breathtaking view of the bay of Shediac with amazing sunrise and sunset (photos don’t give justice). You’ll love our place because of comfort, coziness, amazing views and privacy. Our place is perfect for couples, families (with kids), and big groups. There’s also a public water access at less than 2 min walk.
