A 620 sq ft. fully private suite with your own entrance. The early American farmhouse is highlighted by a darling kitchenette, hot steam shower and original MCM furniture. We live on the other side in this year 1800 eyebrow colonial. Please note the kitchenette has an induction stove top and convection air fryer toaster oven. It's a great for light cooking. The house is NOT on the lake itself, but it is surrounded by trees in a lovely secluded spot. The only heat is a wood stove... but there is a 4-person cedar barrel sauna in the woods that is electric. A classic 1952 Spartanette travel trailer serves as an extra bedroom. This is a true retreat for romance and adventure.

This unique A-Frame was originally built in the 60s and then reimagined in 2012 with modern luxuries. The cabin is on a lake so grab a towel and head down for a swim. We look forward to sharing our picturesque hamlet of Upstate NY with you.

The room is light and airy with morning sun and the shade of the large front porch in the afternoon. This is a place to enjoy a meal or just lounge and relax with a view of the gardens and surrounding woods. This space features a private entrance, a kitchenette and full bathroom and very comfortable queen bed. In mid July 2024 we added air conditioning.
