T's Place

The space is a recently renovated basement studio with a private entrance. There is a parking place for you and a lighted path to the left that leads down to the studio. The studio has a queen bed, a bathroom with tub and shower and a dressing room area that some use for an office. The kitchen has most anything you will need. We live upstairs, so you will hear footsteps and kitchen activity. The yard is huge and fenced- in, perfect for pets. The walk to Lane Stadium is only 15 minutes!

Situated on the Kanawha River, we are minutes from grocery stores and restaurants. We are less than 10 miles from downtown Charleston which has a lot to offer in cultural experiences and locally owned restaurants and businesses. Enjoy the neighborhood feel and enjoy the view of the mountains and the beautiful river.
