Welcome to the Mini Manor where you are sweetly tucked away in a quiet neighborhood, but minutes from restaurants and shops. Liberty University is within a short drive, as is The Blue Ridge Parkway. You may even spot deer or neighborhood chickens in the yard. We have sought to equip our home to a high standard and to anticipate your needs by providing all the necessities. No pets, service animals, or assistant animals are permitted (this exemption is approved by AirBNB).

Otterview has one of the most incredible views in the state, huge deck, and private swimming pond. The house is open format with 3 bedrooms, a top of the line kitchen, cozy living room, and extraordinary great room. Look out at the Peaks of Otter, enjoy incredible sunrises and sunsets. You are welcome to grill out on the Blackstone, enjoy the firepit, and relax on the dock. There is two miles of trails on the 37 acre property with their own trail signs and map.

This newly renovated lower level apartment is sunny, comfortable, and stylish. It has all of the comforts of home (plus you don’t have to clean it!). Please note, the upstairs of the home (separate living space, inaccessible) is an Airbnb as well and there can be noise pollution. Quiet hours for both spaces are 10pm - 8am.
