A newly decorated annex with private entrance, ideal for short and longer stays, provides a welcoming open-plan space with a lounge/diner/kitchenette, bedroom, bathroom, and unlimited fast wifi. Bedroom: Double bed, small wardrobe, hairdryer, iron&board. The kitchenette: sink, hob, micro/combi, dishwasher, fridge, toaster, kettle, cups, plates, cutlery. Breakfast cereals, tea, coffee, and milk are provided. Bathroom: shower, w/c, hand basin, shaver/toothbrush socket, towels, and hand soap.

This comfortable private studio has a double bed, ensuite shower room, kitchenette with microwave/grill and fridge, sitting area with table and chairs and TV, small, private outside patio. Free internet and a desk make it good for working visitors. Self check-in. It's 10 minutes walk into town, close to restaurants, public transport, shops, cinema with easy road access to Cambridge, Bedford and the A1. You’ll love my place because it's comfortable and quiet but still close to all amenities.

Cherry Blossom is situation on Cherry Orchard Farm - a working farm in a secluded rural location in Great Staughton near the Cambs/Beds border. Cosy one bedroom Coach House within walking distance of Grafham Water with off-street parking. The Coach House has a fully equipped kitchen. Sleeps 2 (or 4)(king size bed or 2 single beds- advise on booking how you want the beds), en-suite shower room. Living room has sofa/sofa bed, TV (with Fire TV), dining table & chairs. Beautifully refurbished internal annexe within what was the village school (1840). Sole use of annexe. Wifi, TV, DVD player, printer, well equipped kitchen inc washing machine, freezer. Irchester is a village three miles from both Rushden and Wellingborough. Pub, cafe, shop, a short walk, Country Park less than a mile. Easy reach of Northampton, Bedford and Milton Keynes. Guests have access to the owners’ garden. Please note we do NOT take dogs or young children.

The Cabin has been insulated and walls have been soundproofed so noise inside is a minimum.
