This room is a good value. It is close enough to Indianapolis yet peaceful, clean, quiet, and private. We are: 7.1 miles (10 minutes) from Indianapolis international airport. 18 miles (26 minutes) from downtown Indianapolis, 17miles (20 min drive) from Indianapolis convention center and Lucas stadium. 35 miles (52 minutes) from Indiana University in Bloomington. ~3 miles from I-70. There’s also a kitchenette in the hallway which is an antique Hoosier Cabinet equipped with a microwave, mini-fridge, coffee pot, and hot water pot.

Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally-located commercial building on Main Street. Indygo Bus stop 1/2 block to east will take you downtown Indianapolis for $2 cash. Walkable restaurants and night life. Coffee Shop on corner 1/2 block away. Was a very popular spot for travelers when listed previously. A great halfway stopping point for travelers! A manager is present at all hours! Great security and safety. Quiet hours from 11pm to 7am. deals for traveling medical staff.

Curl up with a cup of tea and a good book, sit on the patio and watch for deer, or take a walk around our fledgling 9-acre permaculture farm.
